Our electroplating factory, Dongguan Hongjingyuan Electroplating Technology Co., Ltd is located in Dongguan City. It covers an area of 4800 square meters, there are two sets of hardware vertical automatic electroplating lines, one set of automatic electrophoresis lines, and two sets of painting lines.
Our anodizing factory, Dongguan Hongjingyuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, covers an area of 1 ,800 square meters, with 100 employees and 3 automatic anodizing production lines. It mainly process sandblasting, satin, polishing, anodizing and dyeing of aluminum profiles. It can process 3.3 meters aluminum workpieces. Comprehensive daily production capacity is more than 30,000 pieces.
Our new factory, Huizhou Honghui Hardware Products Factory. It mainly responsible for production, polishing and finishing of hardware handles, hardware accessories, and aluminum profiles over 1 meter. There are 2 die-casting machines, 7 automatic CNC machining centers (one of which is a 9-meter machining center), 4 high-gloss machines and a few other drilling machines.
